COVID-19: The Omicron variant of covid’s subvariant BA.4 has also been knocked in India. Its first case was confirmed in an area of ​​Hyderabad, now on Sunday, this virus made its presence in Tamil Nadu as well. Recently, the first case of BA.4 form has been reported in Omicron after a young woman was found infected on with Covid-19. The Health Department on Saturday appealed to the people not to panic after the identification of the new form. Tamil Nadu Minister for Health and Family Welfare M. Subramaniam said a 19-year-old girl was found to be newly infected and is now recovering.

Subramaniam told reporters, “Those who contacted the woman were not affected. Health Secretary J Radhakrishnan and senior department officials met with her on Friday night, and she was fine. She was given both doses of the vaccine. To prevent any type of coronavirus, we urge the public to get vaccinated at the vaccination camp scheduled for June 12th.
