Aadhar numbers are also now required to obtain a gas cylinder for your home, making Aadhar cards essential in this situation.

UIDAI Tweeted
Never reveal your OTP or personal information about your Aadhaar to anyone, according to UIDAI’s official tweet. Never will UIDAI phone, SMS, or email you asking for your Aadhaar OTP. Therefore, don’t divulge such information to anyone.

UIDAI issued a notification

Let us inform you that wherever you have created an account or whatever else, you are going today, from the bank to the post office. UIDAI periodically sends out alerts to the public to stop these frauds.

UIDAI has also provided a toll-free number, so if you have any Aadhaar-related issues, call the helpline number 1947. You will receive support from this service in 12 different languages. Hindi, English, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Oriya, Bengali, Assamese, and Urdu will all be available as help languages. You won’t find it tough to update the information on your Aadhar card any longer.

Additionally, UIDAI has published a mail address where you can send a complaint. You must send an email with your issue to help@uidai.gov.in. The UAIDI staff members occasionally check this email to address people’s issues. Your issues are resolved by the Grievance Cell by email response.
