Aadhar numbers are also now required to obtain a gas cylinder for your home, making Aadhar cards essential in this situation.
UIDAI Tweeted
Never reveal your OTP or personal information about your Aadhaar to anyone, according to UIDAI’s official tweet. Never will UIDAI phone, SMS, or email you asking for your Aadhaar OTP. Therefore, don’t divulge such information to anyone.

UIDAI has also provided a toll-free number, so if you have any Aadhaar-related issues, call the helpline number 1947. You will receive support from this service in 12 different languages. Hindi, English, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Oriya, Bengali, Assamese, and Urdu will all be available as help languages.
