Modi will begin his yatra on Thursday (September 29) after addressing a gathering in the Limbayat area of Surat city, the release said. During this, he will start projects worth Rs 3,400 crore.
PM will reach a 2 km long roadshow
After reaching Bhavnagar after Surat, he will launch projects worth around Rs 6,000 crore, including laying the foundation stone for the world’s first CNG terminal and ‘brownfield port’. Before addressing the gathering in the Jawahar Chowk area of Bhavnagar city at around 2 pm, the Prime Minister will do a 2 km long road show.

Modi will announce the opening of the 36th National Games in a grand ceremony held at around 7 pm at the Narendra Modi Stadium in the Motera area of Ahmedabad city. The National Games will take place from September 29 until October 12. At around nine o’clock, Modi will attend the Gujarat government’s Navratri event at the GMDC grounds in Ahmedabad.
The first phase of the metro project will be inaugurated
On Friday, the inaugural Vande Bharat Express train between Gandhinagar and Mumbai Central will be flagged off by the prime minister. At roughly 10.30 am, he will signal the semi-high speed train to depart from Gandhinagar Rajdhani Railway Station. PM Modi will also take a train ride from Gandhinagar to Kalupur station in Ahmedabad. He will officially open the first phase of the eagerly anticipated Ahmedabad Metro project, built from Kalupur at a cost of Rs. 12,925 crores.
At Kalupur, Modi will board a Metro train and go to Thaltej, where he will speak at a public gathering at around noon. Modi will arrive at Ambaji town in the Banaskantha district in the late afternoon and unveil several initiatives totaling Rs 7,200 crore. Then, after speaking to a crowd, he will lead “aarti” at the renowned Ambaji temple.
