Hero MotoCorp’s first e-scooter to be launched today; View more features

Electric Scooter: Everyone is troubled by the ever-increasing inflation of petrol and diesel. It is clear from the stand of the government that the oil prices that have increased will never come down. In such a situation, people are now turning to electric vehicles to get relief from inflation. Hero MotoCorp will also introduce its first e-scooter today. This e-scooter will be introduced by the firm under the Vida e-mobility brand. It is being claimed that before the launch, this scooter has been tested by driving about 2 lakh kilometers so that customers do not face any kind of problem after buying it.

Customers will get the facility of swapping a battery

The e-scooter from Hero MotoCorp will reportedly have battery-switching technology. The business has teamed up with Gogoro, a Taiwanese business, for this. This business is regarded as an authority on battery manufacture and technology. With this technology, scooter riders will be able to replace the battery on their own. Hero Company has also partnered with BPCL to increase charging stations in the country. Together, both companies will prepare the infrastructure of charging stations in 7 cities of the country including Bengaluru, and Delhi.

Scooters can cost so much

In this first e-scooter of Hero company, advanced features like a USB charging port, LED lamp, smart sensor, fixed setup bar, synchronized braking system, and hydraulic disc brake can be seen. The cost of this first e-scooter has not been made public by the corporation. Although it’s estimated that this scooter might cost between 80,000 and one lakh rupees. This e-scooter will face competition from the Bajaj Chetak, Ola S1, Okinawa, and TVS iQube once it hits the market.
