Mercedes-Benz Vision EQXX: Luxury car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz launched its electric car Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 in the Indian market a few months back. Till now it was the most range-giving electric car in the country which ran 857 KM in full charge. Now the company has introduced another powerful electric car Mercedes Benz Vision EQXX in the Indian market. It can run up to 1000 kilometers on a single charge. The Vision EQXX EV concept was showcased globally earlier this year.
Battery will last for a month
The company has focused more on efficiency than the performance of this car. It is powered by a single electric motor that produces 244hp (180kW). It houses a 100kWh battery that supports charging speeds of up to 900V.
To increase the range, a solar panel has also been installed on the roof, which increases the battery range to 25KM in a day. However, these solar panels also cover the rear window, which can make driving difficult. Overall, if you go to office 20KM daily and have to go to office 25 days in a month, then its battery can last for a whole month.
You will fall in love only after seeing the design
This electric car from Mercedes is very attractive in terms of design. Up front, there is an LED lightbar that spans the entire width of the car. The Mercedes Benz logo is given as a sticker on the bonnet. Its design has been kept extremely aerodynamic. It also gets flush door handles. Mercedes has used a lot of recycled material in it. This vehicle has been made very light. Its weight is only 1750 kg.
