Vivo Y100 Launch: While publishing exclusive news related to Vivo, we told a few days ago that the Y100 smartphone of the company’s Y series is being made available for sale in India at a price of Rs 24,999. The sale of this phone had started at offline retail stores, while today the company has launched Vivo Y100 making an official announcement.

Vivo Y100 has entered the market only in single memory variants. This smartphone supports 128 GB internal storage with 8 GB RAM memory, which costs 24,999. “Color changing” technology is the specialty of this phone which changes its color in UV light i.e. sunlight. The Vivo Y100 can be purchased from Amazon and Flipkart starting today in Twilight Gold, Pacific Blue, and Metal Black colors. The company is also offering Rs 1,500 cashback on Kotak Mahindra, HDFC, ICICI, and SBI cards.

Vivo Y100 smartphone supports a 6.38-inch FullHD+ display which is built on an AMOLED panel and works at a 90Hz refresh rate. This screen is equipped with features like 360Hz touch response rate, 1300nits brightness, and 60000: 1 contrast ratio. For processing, the MediaTek Dimensity 900 octa-core processor with 2.4GHz clock speed has been given in the phone. An additional 8 GB of RAM can also be added to the phone through Extended RAM 3.0 technology.
Vivo Y100 supports a triple rear camera for photography, which has a 64-megapixel primary sensor with F / 1.79 aperture, which is equipped with OIS technology. On the back panel of the phone, there is a 2-megapixel Boca lens with F / 2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel super macro lens with the same aperture. This smartphone supports a 16-megapixel sensor with F / 2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling.
Vivo Y100 comes with dual sim support along with a 3.5mm jack and other basic connectivity features. This phone works on OS 13 based on Android 13. For power backup, it has a 4,500mAh battery equipped with 44W fast charging technology. The phone is IP54 rated which makes it dust and water-resistant.
