The ex-showroom cost of Honda’s new 100cc bike, which has one model, is Rs 64,900. Hero Splendor Plus has an ex-showroom starting price of Rs 72,420, while its Xtec model, which has numerous contemporary features, costs Rs 75,840. In other words, the Splendor costs roughly Rs 7,500 more than Honda’s Shine.

The brand-new Honda Shine 100 has a self-starter, all-black alloy wheels, a bike halogen headlamp, side stand engine cutoff, dual pod instrument cluster, and a combined brake system as standard equipment. A USB charger, 18-inch alloy wheels, an engine cutoff sensor, and a side stand indicator are included with the Hero Splendor Plus, in contrast.
Shine 100 vs. Splendor: Engine
The 100cc, single-cylinder engine of the new Honda Shine 100 produces 7.6PS of power and 8.05Nm of torque. The bike has twin shock absorber suspension at the back and telescopic front forks with a diamond frame. Moreover, it has a combined braking system with front and rear drum brakes.
Hero Splendor Plus
on the other hand, has a 97.2cc fuel-injected engine with a 4-speed transmission that generates 7.9bhp of power and 8.05Nm of torque. Its front and back axles are suspended by telescopic forks and mono-shock units, respectively. At both ends, drum brakes are offered.

Honda has not yet released the Shine 100’s mileage, however, it is rumored to have the top mileage in its market segment. Hero Splendor Plus asserts that it offers mileage ranging from 65 km/l to 80.6 km/l.

The Splendor Plus features a 9.8-liter gasoline tank with a wheelbase of 1236 millimeters, a seat height of 785 millimeters, and 165 millimeters of ground clearance. It weighs 112 kg.
