In India, Ducati has introduced a new, potent motorcycle. The Ducati Hypermotard 950 SP is now available in India. This bike was introduced by the automakers at a premium price. Recently, Ducati also introduced the Hypermotard 698 Mono.
Cost of the Ducati Hypermotard 950 SP
Ducati’s latest motorcycle, the Hypermotard 950 SP, retails for Rs 19.05 lakh ex-showroom. The carmaker unveiled a fresh paint job on the 950 SP. Aside from that, this bike is equipped with light alloy wheels. On August 7, Tata Motors introduced a new electric vehicle to the Indian market. The base model of the Curve EV costs less than this new Ducati motorcycle. The Tata Curve EV entered the market with the option of two battery packs.
The 45kWh battery pack of Tata Curve EV
gives a range of 502 km on a single charge. The ex-showroom price of this variant starts from Rs 17.49 lakh and goes up to Rs 19.29 lakh. At the same time, the top-variant of Tata Curve has a 55kWh battery pack, due to which the car claims to cover a distance of 585 km in a single charging. The ex-showroom price of this variant starts from Rs 19.25 lakh and goes up to Rs 21.99 lakh.
Strong Ducati bike engine
An L-twin, 937 cc Testastretta engine powers the Ducati Hypermotard 950 SP. This engine has a maximum torque of 96 Nm and 114 horsepower. A 6-speed gearbox is attached to this powerplant. Compared to the 950 RVE, the 950 SP weighs two kilograms less.
