Ration Card: The facility of free ration will be discontinued starting next month, shocking millions of ration card holders!

Ration Card: The Yogi government gave directions for free ration distribution until June 2020. As a result, starting in July, holders of ration cards will be required to make payments instead of receiving regular rations.

This information is crucial if you are to benefit from the government’s free rationing program. Holders of ration cards will now be responsible for covering the cost of food grains under the new revision. The UP government’s most recent directives state that free ration distribution to ration card holders would end in September. The Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana, however, would still make free rice available through September.

At the time of the first wave of corona in 2020, the national government will give away 5 kg of wheat rice per unit as part of the Pradhan Mantri Garib Anna Kalyan Yojana (PMGKY) for ration card users in addition to the standard ration of 5 kg of wheat-rice per unit. The distribution of free rations began. Following this, the regular Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh ration was also declared free.

The Yogi government of UP issued directives for free ration distribution until June 2020, although it did so with a two-month delay. As a result, starting in July, holders of ration cards will be required to make payments instead of receiving regular rations. In accordance with this, rice would cost Rs. 3 per kg, and wheat will cost Rs. 2 per kg. However, the current ration distribution plan is two months behind schedule. Free rations are offered in this case from June through August.
