Certain members of Team India have been given great joy by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), while other members have received a shock. The yearly contract list for 2022–2023 has been published by BCCI. This contract list includes 26 different players in total. With this, BCCI has provided significant sums of money to some players while demoting many others. Let’s talk about the full list of contracts.
Promoting these athletes
The annual contract list for Team India players was made public by BCCI yesterday. Ravindra Jadeja, an all-around player, has benefited greatly from this contract list for 2022–2023. Under this contract, Jadeja has moved up the list of cricketers with the greatest earnings. Along with Jadeja, who received an A+, Akshar Patel, and Hardik Pandya also benefited from being on this list. They’ve both joined Grade A. Akshar B and Hardik were previously in the C grade.
These players experienced shock
Several players’ pockets have also been impacted by this year’s BCCI contract list. KL Rahul has been moved from grade A to grade B. In addition, this team has lost all-arounder Deepak Chahar, Ishant Sharma, Wriddhiman Saha, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Hanuma Vihari, and Ajinkya Rahane.
The full list of players in which grade
Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, and Ravindra Jadeja received grades of A+ (7 cr).
Hardik Pandya, Mohammed Shami, Rishabh Pant, Ravichandran Ashwin, and Akshar Patel received a grade of A (5 cr).
Cheteshwar Pujara, KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, Mohammed Siraj, Suryakumar Yadav, and Shubman Gill are all in Grade B (3 cr).
Shikhar Dhawan, Ishan Kishan, Deepak Hooda, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, Washington Sundar, Sanju Samson, Arshdeep Singh, and KS Bharat are all in grade C (1 crore).
