The new Fronx crossover from Maruti Suzuki has been introduced in the Indian market in its CNG variant. The cost of the Sigma and Delta models of the Frons CNG is Rs. 8.41 lakh and Rs. 9.27 lakh, respectively. Comparing the Fronx CNG to the petrol derivative results in a price difference of about Rs 93,500.
The 1.2-liter K-Series Dualjet,
A dual VVT engine with a factory-installed CNG kit powers the new Maruti Suzuki Fronx. In CNG mode, the engine produces 98.5Nm of maximum torque at 4,300 rpm and 77.5PS of power at 6000 rpm. It is coupled with a 5-speed manual gearbox. On CNG, it gets 28.51 km/kg of mileage. In petrol mode, this engine produces a peak torque of 113 Nm at 4,400 rpm and 89 horsepower at 6,000 rpm. A 5-speed manual and an AMT are available for the petrol.

Maruti Suzuki has added 15 additional vehicles to its lineup for the CNG market. Halogen projector headlamps, keyless entry and start, automatic air conditioning, fabric seat upholstery, hill hold assist, ESP, reverse parking sensors, dual airbags, and a rear defogger are included in the base Sigma model.
The Delta variant, on the other hand,
includes a 4-speaker sound system, electrically adjustable wing mirrors, turn indicators on the ORVMs, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, voice assist capabilities, OTA updates, and steering wheel-mounted controls, among other things.
