A job Recruitment for the position of Apprentice has been released by Eastern Railway. In all, 3115 positions will be filled in various departments and workshops run by Eastern Railway (ER). Online applications for the positions will begin on September 27, 2023. The deadline to submit applications is October 26, 2023.
Candidates must open the live link and complete their
applications in accordance with the guidelines provided in this notification. Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Welder (Gas and Electric), Electrician, Painter (G), Carpenter, Refrigerator and AC Mechanic, Mechanic (Diesel), Electronics Mechanic and Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) positions will all be filled.
Eligibility requirements for hiring apprentices at Eastern Railway in 2023
10th pass or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) from a recognized board with at least 50% overall, as well as a National Trade Certificate in a registered trade granted by NCVT/SCVT.
