The Combined Medical Service (CMS) Examination 2024 recruitment procedure is now open, according to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Interested and qualified individuals may apply online at upsc.gov.in, the UPSC’s official website.
30 April 2024 is the deadline for application submissions.
The application correction window will open concurrently on May 1 and close on May 7, 2024, as scheduled. During this time, candidates should log into the OTR platform if they would like to make changes to their OTR profile. The organization wants to fill 827 positions in total through this recruitment effort.
UPSC CMS Hiring 2024
- 163 jobs in the Central Health Service’s Medical Officers Sub-Cadre and Medical Officers Grade in General Duty
- 450 positions for Assistant Divisional Medical Officers in the Railways
- The New Delhi Municipal Council has 14 positions for general-duty medical officers.
- Delhi Municipal Corporation has 200 openings for General Duty Medical Officers, Grade II positions.
UPSC CMS 2024 RecruitmentÂ
Candidates must pass both the written and practical portions of the final MBBS exam to be considered for admission. Furthermore, candidates must not have been born earlier than August 2, 1992, meaning they cannot be older than 32 on August 1, 2024. The application fee is Rs 200, which can be paid in cash at any SBI branch, online at any bank, or with a Visa, Master, RuPay, credit, debit, or UPI card. Candidates who are women, SC, ST, or PWBD do not need to pay fees. During Part-II registration, applicants who choose to “Pay by Cash” must print the pay-in slip issued by the system and deposit the fee at the SBI branch counter on the next business day exclusively. One day before the closing date, on April 29, 2024, at 23:59, the “Pay by Cash” option will be removed. Candidates can visit UPSC’s official website for additional information.
