The IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) is anticipated to publish the Recruitment notification for the CRP RRB-XIII PO and Clerk recruitment. This week is when the announcement is expected to be made. The Common Recruitment Process (CRP-XII for RRBs) would be used for hiring in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs).

Regional Rural Banks for Office Assistant (Clerk), Officer Scale-I/PO (Assistant Manager), Officer Scale 2 (Manager), and Office Scale 3 (Senior Manager) would be filled with the assistance of IBPS and NABARD. IBPS announced more than 8,000 openings last year. We should anticipate the same amount of openings this year as well. Candidates will be chosen for the clerk position based on their performance on the preliminary and main exams. On the other hand, the prelims, mains, and interviews will determine who gets the PO position. There will be a single-level exam and interview for the position of Officer Grade 3.
IBPS RRB Exam Date 2024
On August 3, 4, 10, 17, and 18, there will be preliminary exams for PO and Clerk positions. On September 29, for PO positions, and on October 6, for Clerk postings, there will be main exams. Officer Grades 2 and 3 will have a single main exam on September 29, 2024.
IBPS RRB 2024 Qualifications for Eligibility in Education:
A clerk has a graduation degree from an accredited university or its equivalent in any discipline. Proficiency in the local tongue as determined by the involved RRB. PO (Assistant Manager): A recognized university graduation degree in any field. Or its equivalent and proficiency in the local tongue as determined by the participating RRB. Officer Level 2 General Banking Officer (Manager): Two years of experience working as an officer in a bank or financial institution. A graduation degree in any field with a minimum of 50% overall.
IT Officer: A minimum of a 50% grade in an accredited university’s Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, or Information Technology program, or an equivalent degree. Chartered Accountant (CA): Needs to hold CA certification and possess one year of work experience as a Chartered Accountant. Law Officer: Degree in any subject with minimum 50% marks and two years experience in practice as a lawyer or experience in working as a Law Officer. Treasury Manager: CA or MBA degree in Finance and one year of work experience in a relevant field required.
Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing from a recognized University and one year of work experience in a relevant field. Agriculture Officer: Graduation degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Dairy / Animal Husbandry / Forestry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Fisheries with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university and two years of work experience in the relevant field. The requirements for Officer Scale 3 (Senior Manager) are a graduation degree in any discipline (Graduation) with at least 50% of marks from an accredited university. Additionally, at least five years of experience working as an officer in a bank or other financial institution is required.
Age Limit for IBPS RRB 2024
- For Senior Managers (Officer Scale-III) aged 21 to 40
- For Managers at Officer Scale-II: 21–32 Years
- 18 to 30 years for Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
- For Multipurpose Office Assistant (18 to 28 Years)
