Railway Recruitment Board is hiring for 1300 paramedical positions

This news should be significant to you if you wish to work in the railway industry. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released a recruitment announcement. which the board will use to fill a variety of paramedical positions. This recruitment drive’s application procedure has begun. Interested and qualified candidates must register on the regional RRB websites to apply for these positions. This recruitment campaign will fill 1376 positions in total. The recruitment registration period opened on August 17 and will run through September 16, 2024.

  • Pharmacist (Entry Grade): 246 Posts
  • Health & Malaria Inspector Grade III: 126 Posts
  • Laboratory Assistant Grade II: 94 Posts
  • Radiographer X-Ray Technician: 64 Posts
  • Laboratory Superintendent: 27 Posts
  • Physiotherapist Grade II: 20 posts
  • Dialysis Technician: 20 Posts
  • Field Worker: 19 Posts
  • ECG Technician: 13 Posts
  • Clinical Psychologist: 7 Posts
  • Dietitian: 5 Posts
  • Audiologist & Speech Therapist: 4 posts
  • Cardiac Technician: 4 Posts
  • Optometrist: 4 posts
  • Dental Hygienist: 3 Posts
  • Perfusionist: 2 Posts
  • Occupational Therapist: 2 posts
  • Cath Laboratory Technician: 2 Posts
  • Speech Therapist: 1 Post

Age Restriction

The applicants’ ages differ depending on the position. Nonetheless, 18 is the minimum age requirement for some positions. The maximum age limit will be lowered for candidates in the reserved category. Applicants can review the official notification for more eligibility-related information. The choosing process will work like this. A computer-based test will be used to choose applicants for these positions. Following the examination, a medical examination and document verification will take place.

Recruitment

This is the amount that you must pay for the application.

Each applicant will be required to pay the application fee. A 500 rupee application fee must be paid by the applicants. While the economically disadvantaged (EBC) segment, women, transgender, minority, PwBD, SC, ST, and ex-servicemen candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 250. Candidates can pay the fee through Internet banking, debit/credit card, or UPI. Candidates can get help from the official site for more details.
