However, the beneficiary must present their Ayushman card to receive free treatment. The Ayushman card can only be used to receive treatment at specific hospitals. You can receive free medical care up to Rs 5 lakh with the card.

However, you can still receive free treatment even if your Ayushman card is misplaced or damaged.

  • You will need to visit the hospital’s Ayushman Mitra assistance desk to do this. Then let them know that the card was broken or misplaced. The current operator will need to know your registered cellphone number.
  • The mobile number associated with your Ayushman card is referred to as registered. This cellphone number will be used by the operator to identify you. After that, you won’t need a card to receive free therapy.
  • You can also file a complaint by calling the Ayushman Yojana helpline at 14555 if the operator is unable to assist you.

Step 1: You must first visit the closest CSC center.

Step 4: After a while, you can download the card after applying.

Who is unable to create an Ayushman Card?

The Ayushman card was created especially for the underprivileged. As a result, this card will not be available to those who work in the organized sector or who timely file their taxes.

Furthermore, you would not be able to benefit from the scheme even if you use ESIC or PF, which is withheld from your pay.

Additionally, you are not eligible for this plan even if you are financially qualified or have government employment.
