First of all, go to the website of the Transport Department.
Now fill in the requested details here.
After this, fill the LLD form.
Now take its printout.
Along with this, attach all your necessary documents.
Now submit this form and all the documents to the RTO office.

Duplicate driving license will come to you after 30 days of completion of the online process.

You can also apply for duplicate driving license offline.
