Ola’s electric caught fire: After a video of Ola’s electric scooter caught fire on social media, the company launched an investigation.

In Pune, a fire broke out in a registered Ola S1 Pro. After seeing it, this scooter parked next to the road begins to burn. The Ola S1 Pro begins to smoke before catching fire with a small explosion. Following the publication of this video on social media, Ola stated that they had spoken with the owner of the scooter and that they were completely safe.

Ola Electric said –

Ola Electric confirmed the incident and issued a statement that reads, “We are investigating the main reason behind the burning of one of our scooters in Pune and you will soon People will be given more information about this.” We are in constant communication with the customer, and they are completely safe. Scooter safety is of the utmost importance to us, and we only use high-quality materials in our products. We recognize the gravity of this incident and will provide you with additional information in the coming days.”

Scooters begin at Rs. 1 lakh.

The price of Ola S1 is Rs. 1 Lac. At the same time, the price of the S1 Pro scooter is Rs 1.30 lakh. Ola Electric has released two models of this scooter: S1 and S1 Pro. In this regard, where the S1 packs a 2.98 kWh battery pack, the S1 Pro packs a 3.97 kWh battery pack. The S1 has a range of 120 km on a single charge and the S1 Pro has a range of 180 km. The price of both these electric scooters can be reduced depending on the subsidies given by different states.
