KIA EV6: Kia’s first EV will be released on June 2 and will reach 528 kilometres after charging in 18 minutes.

KIA India EV6: The wait for Kia automobile fans is almost over. Kia India will release the EV6 electric vehicle on June 2. However, the business intends to offer this vehicle in limited quantities.

KIA India EV6 Debut: This car’s architecture, which will be unveiled on June 2, is based on the Hyundai Group’s E-GMP. In addition, this EV (electric vehicle) will compete with the Hyundai Ioniq 5, which is expected to be launched in India later this year. At the same time, Kia will begin taking reservations for the EV6 crossover on May 26.

So reasonably priced

According to media sources, the Kia EV6 will only be available in India in 100 units. Its price is estimated to range between Rs 55 and 60 lakhs. The Kia EV6 will be available with CBU (Complete Beltup)

Two battery choices

The EV6 is available in two powertrain configurations worldwide. One with a 58kWh battery pack and another with a larger 77.4kWh battery pack. This electric vehicle will be available in GT-Line grade with a 77.4kWh lithium-ion battery pack. This car is said to have a range of 528 kilometers when completely charged. Both are available in rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) configurations.

This battery will be used in the launch of a car in India.

According to dealer sources, the Indian model will most likely have a 77.4kWh battery pack. Simultaneously, Kia is likely to offer the new EV6 in rear-wheel-drive, single-motor and all-wheel-drive, dual-motor configurations. Layout With this larger battery pack, the rear-wheel-drive model produces 229hp and 350Nm, while the all-wheel-drive option delivers 325hp and 605Nm.

Up to 80% charge in 18 minutes

Kia is anticipated to sell the EV6 with two charger options in India. A 50kW charger takes 73 minutes to charge from 10% to 80%, and another 350kW charger that charges from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes.

These features are available in the vehicle.

This vehicle can be imported. It has numerous features. This includes ventilated front seats, a wireless charging station, rain-sensing wipers, and a number of advanced driver aid technologies (ADAS). The Hyundai Ioniq 5, which is based on the same platform, will also compete. Unlike the EV6, though, the Ioniq 5 will be produced in India, giving Hyundai a far lower price tag.
