Under this scheme, women of the country are being given free sewing machines by the government. On the home page, you will find the link to apply for free sewing supplies. Take a printout of the PDF of the application form by clicking on the link and then fill out the form. Also, attach the required documents. After that submit the form to the concerned office.
Your application form will be scrutinized by the officials. If all the information filled in the form is found correct then you will be given a sewing machine free of cost.

Who is eligible for this scheme
- Applicant must be a citizen of India
- Candidate age should be between 20 to 40 years
- Only economically weaker women in the country will be able to take advantage of this scheme.
- The annual income of the husband of the female applicant should not exceed Rs 12,000.
- Widow and Divyang women can also apply and avail benefits under this scheme.
PM Free Sewing Machine Scheme is currently running in only a few states of the country. States like Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh are running in these states. Women of these states can take advantage of this scheme.
