The number of patients receiving treatment has increased by 3,769, accounting for 0.08 percent of all cases of infection, while the national recovery rate from Covid-19 is 98.70 percent.
According to the data, the daily rate of infection was recorded at 2.26 percent, while the weekly infection rate was recorded at 1.50 percent. The number of people cured of this disease has increased to 4,26,44,092 while the death rate is 1.21 percent.
So far, 194.76 crore doses of anti-COVID-19 vaccination have been administered as part of the nationwide campaign. Significantly, the number of infected people in the country had surpassed 20 lakh on 7 August 2020, 30 lakh on 23 August 2020, and more than 40 lakh on 5 September 2020.
Total infection cases surpassed 50 lakh on September 16, 2020, 60 lakh on September 28, 2020, 70 lakh on October 11, 2020, 80 lakh on October 29, 2020, and 90 lakh on November 20, 2020. On December 19, 2020, the number of such cases in the country surpassed one crore. The number of infected people surpassed 20 million on May 4, last year, and will surpass 30 million on June 23, 2021.
