Petrol-Diesel Export: Once again a big announcement has been made by the government regarding petrol-diesel. Now a big relief has been announced in the excise duty on the export of petroleum products. Amending the order given on June 30, the Finance Ministry has given relief in excise duty on the export of petrol and diesel. In the information given by the Ministry of Finance, it was told that now the excise duty on petrol will be completely abolished.

Excise duty on diesel reduced to Rs 10,
Let us tell you that earlier the excise duty on petrol was Rs 5 but it has been announced to abolish it. Apart from this, the excise duty on diesel has been reduced from Rs 12 to Rs 10. The Finance Ministry has also reduced the excise duty on Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) from Rs 6 to Rs 4. Excise duty on crude oil has been reduced. From Rs. 23,250 to Rs. 17,000 per kilogramme.

Excise duty of Re 1 also abolished
According to the information given by the Finance Ministry, the additional excise duty of Re 1 will also not be applicable on petrol and diesel. No excise duty will be levied on petrol and diesel from Special Economic Zones (SEZs).
