Renault’s subsidiary automobile company Dacia has launched the new 7-seater MUV Jogger. This powerful vehicle which comes in the category of Multi Utility Vehicle ( MUV ) is very spacious. At present, this car has been launched in the UK market. Dacia Jogger’s Powerful Engine
In terms of engine and power, the Dacia Jogger will be offered in two engines, including the new TCe 110 turbocharged petrol engine. This 1.0 liter engine generates 110 hp power and 200 Nm torque at 2900 rpm. This car will also come in LPG model which will generate power of 99 hp. According to the information received so far, its hybrid model will be launched in 2023, which will offer a 1.6 liter petrol engine with two electric motors and a multi-mode automatic gearbox.
Dacia Jogger’s stunning look
The jogger looks similar to some of the other models offered by Dacia, but it has been designed a bit longer. The car is based on the Renault Lodgy which was launched in India with a lot of expectations. But Logie was not successful in making any special identity. The Dacia Jogger has 3 rows of seating and 160 liters of boot space. Interestingly, the rear seats can be completely removed for extra cargo space, increasing the boot space to 708 litres. The middle row seats can be pushed forward and folded in a 60:40 ratio.
Features of Dacia Jogger
The Dacia Jogger gets an 8-inch main infotainment unit that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. As well as the satellite-based navigation ( Satelite Based Navigation is) and six-speaker unit. A docking station is also given in this car to give power to the smartphone. If we talk about safety features, then it includes 6 airbag setup, advanced driver assistance system, emergency brake assist, blind-spot warning, park assist, hill start assist and electronic stability control, etc. At present, the suspense about the price and mileage of this vehicle remains intact.
Will give competition to Ertiga and Innova
The Dacia Jogger is expected to be officially launched in 2022 in select European markets including the UK and while there are no plans to introduce a plug-in hybrid model. The company is confident that this car will attract people towards it. It is expected that this car will give a tough competition to the 7-seater cars like Ertiga and Innova.
