Ola has announced Ola Cars after launching the cab service and e-scooter. Ola Cars will enhance the experience of people buying and selling new vehicles.

 Ola launches Ola Cars: After first making a mark in the auto sector with its cab service and then e-scooter, Ola company is going to launch a new vehicle commerce platform Ola Cars. This will further enhance the experience of buying and selling cars of the people. Now you will be able to buy both new and used vehicles on the Ola app.

According to the information, Bhavish Aggarwal, Founder, and CEO of Ola has said, ‘Customers are looking for new ways to buy, service and sell their vehicles. They are no longer satisfied with the old retail store mode. Agarwal said that customers now want more transparency and a digital experience. With Ola Cars, we are giving our customers an all-new experience in buying and selling both new and used vehicles.

Preparing to build a one-stop-shop

The company says that Ola will offer vehicle health diagnostic and services including car purchasing, vehicle finance and insurance, registration, maintenance, accessories, and finally, resale service on Ola cars. The company plans to make it a one-stop shop for buying, selling, and managing cars. 

Service will start in 30 cities

According to a company statement, this service will be available in 30 cities initially and Ola Cars will reach more than 100 cities by next year. The company also announced the appointment of Arun Sirdeshmukh as CEO of Ola Cars. 

Sale of used vehicles will start

Initially, Ola Cars will service the old vehicles. Over time, the sale of new cars will be added to it. This will also include Ola’s electric vehicles. The company says that Ola Cars will give customers an easy and reliable platform to purchase vehicles.
