To begin, go to the Passport Seva web portal and create an account.

Click on the ‘Apply for a New Passport / Passport Renewal’ link.

You can download and fill out the application form if you like.

You can then re-fill it and upload it to the website.

At the same time, click ‘complete the application form online’ to begin filling out the online form.

Step 2: You must schedule an appointment.

Then, to make a payment, select the radio button.

Select the Pay and Schedule Appointment option.

Then select Pay and Schedule an Appointment.

Simultaneously, once the payment has been finished, return to the Passport Seva website.

From there, you’ll be able to see every detail.

Click Print Application to get a printout of the application. The appointment number will be available during this time.

Step 4 – Before going to the passport office, keep these documents with you.

Only bring the print receipt with you to the passport office.

Only after presenting the slip will you be admitted.

Following that, your papers will be requested.

Apart from that, hand over documents and photographs.

A signature will be required in addition to the photo. On the port with you, the identical signature will be seen.

Step 5: How to Check the Status of Your Passport

You will then be given a slip on which you can check the status of your passport.

You return your old passport to the passport office after receiving your new passport.
