Platform ticket price reduced
Central Railway has announced that platform tickets will now be available again for Rs 10 instead of Rs 50. According to the order, platform tickets at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), Dadar (Dadar), LLT, Thane, Kalyan, and Panvel stations will now be available for Rs 10.

Why did the Railways take this decision?
