Gogoa1, a Pune-based electric vehicle startup, has introduced an electric kit for two-wheelers that has got the approval of RTOR. This company will make your bike electric for Rs 35,000.
The increasing craze of electric vehicles all over the world is now clearly visible in India as well and new companies are bringing many electric vehicles in the market. The biggest reason for this is to protect the environment from damage, although the increased price of petrol and diesel is also a big reason for their rapid adoption. Electric vehicles eliminate your petrol-diesel expenses and now you can make your existing vehicle electric too. Yes, for this you only need an EV kit, in which this conversion kit is installed instead of a fuel-powered engine.
Got RTO approval
While the EV conversion kit for cars was introduced a few weeks back, the electric kit for motorcycles was launched last month. Thane-based EV startup Gogoa1 has come up with the first such EV conversion kit for a motorcycle that has received RTO approval. Here, if you want to make your motorcycle electric, then you will have to spend Rs 35,000 and GST will be charged separately for Rs 6,300. This kit is offered with 3 years warranty. Apart from this, if you have to get the range of your motorcycle 151 km per charge, then for this the entire battery pack will cost you Rs 95,000.

2.8KW-R Battery Pack
Gogoa1 has installed installation setups at 36 RTOs across the country and this number is likely to see a big increase soon. Since it has got the approval of the RTO, the bike will also be insured and its value will be fixed according to the condition of the two-wheeler. In this, the registration number of your two-wheeler will not change, but you will definitely get a green number plate. This EV conversion kit will be powered by a 2.8 kW-R battery pack that will be mated to a 2 kW brushless electric motor. Recently a Hero Splendor has been introduced in an electric avatar.
