Tickets can be made from TTE

According to a special rule of Indian Railways, if you do not have a reservation ticket and you have to travel by train, then you can travel through a platform ticket. That is, you just have to buy a platform ticket and your work will be done. Once you board the train, you have to go to the ticket checker and get the ticket made. The platform ticket will be the proof of the station from which you have started your journey. Accordingly, TTE will make a ticket for your destination.

250 will be charged

For traveling through Platform Tickets, you will have to pay a fee of Rs 250. At the same time, TTE makes your ticket according to your platform ticket. If you have not got your ticket booked by yourself and you are found without a ticket, the ticket checker may charge you a fee for the platform from where the train has started its journey and till where the train will go. In such a situation, you need to be careful while traveling by platform ticket. It should not always be used as a substitute for the traditional ticket.

How long is your seat

If your train is missed due to any reason then TTE cannot allot your seat to anyone till the next two stations. That is, at the next two stations, you can complete your journey by reaching before the train. But keep in mind, after two stations, TTE can allot a seat to a passenger with a RAC ticket. But you have the option of two stations.
