Be Alert! This is the biggest symptom of Omicron among people who have taken 2 doses of the covid vaccine

The infection of Coronavirus in India is increasing continuously and more than two lakh new cases are being registered daily. Meanwhile, the cases of Omicron variants of Covid-19 are also increasing and people who have taken both doses of the vaccine are also in its grip.

Vaccinated people are also getting infected

Corona Vaccine is considered to be the biggest weapon against the epidemic, but people who have taken both doses are also getting infected with Covid-19. However, the vaccine has helped prevent serious infections. Along with this, the risk of hospitalization and death has also been reduced.

Those not taking the vaccine are at greater risk

According to the report of the Times of India, experts say that after getting the vaccine, an immune-defense system develops, which helps in avoiding the virus. At the same time, people who do not take the vaccine are at higher risk of getting infected and developing serious diseases.

Mild symptoms in vaccinated people

The COVID-19 vaccines provide a certain level of protection against the SARs-COV-2 virus. Studies have shown that partially and fully vaccinated individuals can be infected, but if a person who has received the corona vaccine is infected, he remains asymptomatic or develops mild symptoms.

Omicron’s Biggest Characteristics

It has been learned that the Omicron variant of Covid-19 is lighter than the Delta. Doctors have noted that most infected patients develop cold-like symptoms and get better on their own. Apart from sore throat, some other symptoms of Omicron include tiredness, fever, body aches, night sweats, sneezing, runny nose, nausea, and loss of appetite. Unlike the Delta variant, the Omicron is less prone to odor and taste loss.

Symptoms in people who have taken 2 doses of the vaccine

People who have taken both doses of the corona vaccine have been suffering from a sore throat after getting infected with Omicron. Chicago Department of Public Health Commissioner Dr. Alison Arvadi says that people who have taken both doses of the vaccine should not ignore any symptoms of sore throat.

What to do when symptoms appear?

The most accurate method to detect infection of covid-19 is the RT-PCR test. So whenever you see these symptoms inside you, get yourself checked as soon as possible. People who show symptoms of cold are advised to undergo a corona test so that the infection can be prevented from progressing. Along with this, it is also advised to stay at home until the test report comes and it is confirmed that you are not corona infected.

Do these things to avoid infection

Wearing a mask is the best way to avoid infection with Omicron, the new variant of the coronavirus, as the new variant of covid-19 is much more contagious and is affecting even fully vaccinated people. Apart from this, people who have already had corona can also suffer from an infection. Therefore, continue to follow the Corona rules and if it is not very important, then stop your travels.
