Upcoming TVS E-Bikes– The country’s leading two-wheeler manufacturer TVS is planning to launch several electric two-wheelers in India soon. TVS Company is moving forward with its plan to leverage the PLI and FAME-II schemes in order to maintain its enduring dominance in the Indian Electric Vehicle segment. The company’s strategy is detailed in the Annual Report (for 2021-22). The company has a sound and strong strategy to expand its operations in the electric vehicle segment.
The company aims to take full advantage of government initiatives like PLI and FAME-II. Along with this, it has to maintain its dominance in the EV segment by continuously launching new products with a better strategy. The company further said that the EV industry is going to grow rapidly and we (TVS) have a strong strategy for this category. TVS has also revealed that as part of its strategic partnership with German automaker BMW, it will collaborate on the joint design and development of urban EV options for global markets.

Focus on Electric Vehicles– It can be understood from TVS’s statement that TVS and BMW will together focus on developing electric two-wheelers for both domestic and international markets.
