India First Private Train: The operation of India’s first private train has started. It was flagged off from Coimbatore and sent to Shirdi. 1,500 people will be able to travel simultaneously in this train being run under the Bharat Gaurav scheme.

India’s First Private Train Flagged Off: Under the ‘Bharat Gaurav’ scheme, India’s first private train service was flagged off from Coimbatore. Indian Railways has given this train on a lease of 2 years to a private service provider. This train will run thrice a month.

1500 passengers will be able to travel

According to B Gugnesan, Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO), Southern Railway, the train will leave from Coimbatore North at 6 pm on Tuesday and reach Shirdi’s Sai Nagar at 7.25 am on Thursday. It can travel up to 1,500 people at a time.

The train has 20 coaches

B Gugneson said that the railways have leased this train to a service provider for two years. The service provider has renewed the coach seats. At least three trips will be made per month. It has a total of 20 coaches including first, second, and third class AC coaches and sleeper coaches.

The train will stop at these stations

After reaching Shirdi, the train will take a break of one day. After this, the train will resume its journey from Sai Nagar on Friday and will reach Coimbatore North at 12 noon on Saturday. The train will stop at Tiruppur, Erode, Salem Jolarpet, Bengaluru Yelahanka, Dharmavara, Mantralayam Road, and Wadi before reaching Shirdi.

Will get VIP facility

Let us tell you that the ticket rates of this train are at par with the regular trains charged by Indian Railways. Along with this, the passengers traveling in it will get a special VIP facility to visit the Sai Baba temple of Shirdi.

Vegetarian meal

The housekeeping service provider will take care of the train, and will take care of the cleanliness during the journey. Traditional vegetarian food will be served on the train. At the same time, a training captain, a doctor, and private security personnel will board the train along with the Railway Police Force.
