2022 Maruti Brezza Teaser: Official bookings for the new generation Maruti Brezza subcompact SUV have started across the country. Interested buyers can pre-book the model by paying an initial amount of Rs 11,000 by visiting any of the Arena showrooms or online from the company’s official website. The carmaker has also released the first teaser of the new 2022 Maruti Brezza, in which it is visible a bit. Along with this, it has also been learned from the teaser that the SUV will get an electric sunroof.

The new 2022 Maruti Brezza will get the next generation hybrid K-series engine along with the updated Ertiga. It will be powered by a 1.5L, 4-cylinder K15C DualJet petrol engine that is likely to generate 103bhp power and 136.8Nm torque. The subcompact SUV could also be made available with a CNG kit option. At the same time, in terms of transmission options, it can also be given a 5-speed manual and a new 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission with paddle shifters.

In terms of safety, the new Maruti Brezza 2022 is going to be even better. The subcompact SUV can get 6 airbags and an Electronic Stability Program (ESP). It can also get hill hold support and a tire pressure monitoring system. Although the company has not yet revealed its features, according to reports, the new Brezza is likely to be equipped with an updated touchscreen infotainment system.

With all these updates, the price of the new 2022 Maruti Brezza is likely to increase by Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000. Currently, its price ranges from Rs 7.84 lakh to Rs 11.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
