The UMANG App is a comprehensive app that allows you to access a variety of government services. You can access information regarding your income tax return, Aadhar card, and EPFO (Employee Provident Fund Organization) with this app. Apart from this, through this app, you also get the facility of passport service, gas cylinder booking, etc.

With UMANG. More than 100 government services are available through the Unified Mobile Application for New-Age Governance, which may be accessed from the comfort of one’s own home. From depositing tax to getting a passport, one can easily apply through this app. The service of EPFO can also be availed through this app.
Apart from Android, you can download the UMANG app on the iPhone as well. On Android phones, UMANG can be downloaded from the Google Play Store, while Apple users can download it from the App Store.
You must register in the UMANG app after installing it. To register, first, open the app. After opening the app, you have to enter basic details like your name, and mobile number. Your app profile will be created as a result of this.
Search service can be found in the search bar
After creating a profile, you have to log in to it. After that, you’ll notice that it’s divided into a number of categories. Choose the service category you want to use. You may also search for it by typing the service’s name into the search field. After that, you can make use of the service.
How to register for UMANG App-
To begin, download the UMANG app from the Google Play Store.
After that log in to the app and click on New User.
Navigate to the Registration tab and select the Proceed option.
You will be asked to input your phone number here. Enter it.
After this, you have to set MPIN. Confirm it by entering MPIN here.
Click on Proceed option.
Now click on Profile Information Screen.
Fill all your details.
Click on Save and Proceed option.
After that, you’ll be through with the registration process.
Apart from this, you can also complete the process of e-KYC in this app.
