In the last three years, more than 5,000 employees have been hired by the MP, but they haven’t received their full salaries. Under the new rules, 100% of their salaries will now be paid. The probationary period was, however, extended earlier in 2019 by the Kamal Nath administration in Madhya Pradesh. According to this, employees will receive a 70 percent (of the minimum average salary) stipend in the first year, an 80 percent stipend in the second year, a 90 percent stipend in the third year, and a full salary starting in the fourth year of employment.

For instance, if an employee’s probation period is two years, he will begin receiving payments as soon as he starts working; however, he won’t receive his full salary until his probation period is over. If an employee’s salary is 40k and their probation period is 4 years, then in the first year they will receive 28k, in the second they will receive 32k, in the third, they will receive 36k, and in the fourth, they will receive 40k. going to That is, a sizable sum will now be deposited into the employee accounts.
