According to an IANS report, a team of US researchers has devised a superfast charging method to charge various types of electric vehicle batteries in 10 minutes or less. The special thing is that in this way there will be no damage to the battery.
Charging the lithium-ion batteries that power electric vehicles are a delicate task. One solution is to design the charging protocol in such a way that it can adapt its speed to charge different types of batteries. A US-based research team has been said to create a unique charging protocol with the help of data charging using machine learning technology.
