Toyota Innova Highcross: The first spy pictures of Toyota’s upcoming new generation Innova Highcross have been revealed. This new car is going to be introduced in India on 25th of this month. These images reveal that the new Innova HighCross is designed like an MPV and actually looks like an SUV. The platform of this new generation Innova is different from the platform of the earlier or existing Innova Crysta. While its look now looks quite premium.
How will the look?
The front end is quite wide with a bigger grille while it is almost impossible to identify the MPV look of the Innova without some MPV styling. In terms of length, the new Toyota Innova Highcross will be around 4.7 meters longer and wider than the existing Crysta. You will be surprised to see how the new Innova looks like an SUV now, in terms of headlamp design and lower bumper design, it is very similar to the Fortuner. Changes will also be seen in its rear, while from the side, it looks completely like an SUV.
Features
The new High Cross will get a large touchscreen, panoramic sunroof, and luxury captain seats with a 360-degree camera and many other features. Being front-wheel drive, the new Innova Hycross will now get more space while its hybrid powertrain will come with a 2.0-liter petrol engine and electric motor. It is expected to get a mileage of around 20 kmpl.
When will launch?
After its debut this month, the redesigned Innova Hycross will be introduced at the 2023 Auto Expo. It is anticipated that the new Innova Hycross would have a hybrid drivetrain and more upscale equipment at a higher price range. The existing Crysta will also continue to be sold as an affordable option and will be available to customers.
