Bajaj New Bike: Bajaj Auto is all set to launch a new bike on 22nd November 2022. The two-wheeler maker is yet to reveal the name and details of the new model. However, speculations are rife that the Pune-based bike maker may introduce a new Bajaj Pulsar 150cc motorcycle. This could be an updated version of the Pulsar N150, which has been spied testing several times. However, the company is not just trying it. There are other models as well, which are being tested.
The new Bajaj Pulsar 150cc bike may get a redesigned projector headlamp with ‘wolf-eyed’ LED DRLs. The fuel tank extension and engine cowl could be similar to the Pulsar LS135. The bulb-type indicators and LED taillamps could be carried forward from the new Pulsar N160. The prototype seen during the test flaunted a two-piece seat, integrated fenders, chain cover, and license plate holder. New design alloy wheels and thin tires have been given in the bike. It will be based on the new chassis taken from the Bajaj Pulsar 250s.
The official specifications of the upcoming new Bajaj Pulsar 150cc bike have not been revealed yet. However, it is expected to be given an air-cooled engine. The new engine could be more powerful than the current engine. Currently, the Bajaj Pulsar N150 engine produces 14PS and 13.25Nm. The new bike can find telescopic forks at the front and mono-shock suspension at the rear. The bike can get the option of both disc and drum brakes.
The prices of the new Pulsar 150cc bike can be announced on 22 November. Its price is likely to be around one lakh rupees. 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom), thus making it slightly more expensive than the current Pulsar N160.
