The price of the Alto 800 starts at Rs 3.39 lakh while the price of the Alto K10 starts at Rs 3.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The CNG option is also available in both. Mileage of more than 30 is available on CNG. Alto 800 comes with a CNG kit long back but Alto K10 has been launched recently with a CNG kit.

Renault KWID

French automaker Renault has the entry-level hatchback Kwid in India. Its starting price is Rs 4.64 lakh. It gets two engine options – 0.8L petrol (54PS power and 72Nm torque) and 1.0L petrol (68PS power and 91Nm torque). Both the engines get a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard while the bigger engine also gets the option of an automatic transmission. It gets an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system (with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay), keyless entry, electric ORVMs, dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, and rear parking sensors (standard). It also gives good mileage.
