EMotorad has launched 7 e-bikes simultaneously creating a buzz in the Indian electric vehicle market. The company has officially introduced its premium and affordable range of e-bikes (X-Factor line along with Elite e-bikes) in the Indian market. The models launched include the premium Nighthawk, Desert Eagle, and Explorer+ as well as the affordable X-Factor X1, X2, and X3 e-bikes. The starting price of the model is Rs 24,999 and the costlier model will be sold for up to Rs 4.75 lakh.

Talking about the pricing, eMotorad’s affordable X-Factor range includes X1 at Rs 24,999, X2 at Rs 27,999, and X3 at Rs 32,999. Apart from this, the price of Nighthawk in the company’s premium range is Rs 4.75 lakh and the price of Desert Eagle is Rs 5 lakh. However, information about the price of Explorer+ has not been revealed yet.
Talking about availability, according to media reports, this e-bike will soon be offered for sale through the company’s official website, online marketplace, and offline dealerships. However, no information regarding the sale date has been revealed yet.
Features and Specifications of E-Bikes
As of now, the company has also revealed only a few specifications of the e-bikes. The company’s affordable X1 is said to get disc brakes and auto cut-off. Also, the company has given 1 level pedal assist with 12 magnets, while X2 and X3 have been given 3 level pedal assist. Apart from this, the removable battery has been given in X1 and X2 e-bikes.
Talking about the premium segment Nighthawk, this e-bike has been introduced with an aluminum frame, 150 mm travel fork, and 35 mm stanchion. Whereas, it uses SRAM shifting with an X5 derailleur for faster shifting.
Plus the Desert Eagle is an app-controlled e-bike, with 120mm travel forks and a ‘proven speed control’ damper. Apart from this, Kenda Juggernaut 30 TPI wirr bead puncture resistant tire casing has also been given in it.
