Harin Bansal, a resident of Pitampura in Delhi, was browsing social media when he stumbled onto a message about “making big money daily by working from home,”. He was drawn to the link and clicked it. The link was immediately sent to the WhatsApp number after being clicked. There, an unidentified person requested that he click on a link to continue with the website’s registration process.work from home

Police reported

The website then instructed him to execute the tasks given to him as part of the work-from-home employment, according to the police. The website requested that the complainant deposit money, which he could then withdraw and receive a commission for. Further information revealed that the victim was handed the money and the commission right away when he attempted to withdraw some cash at first. As a result, the con artist won her trust. Nevertheless, after the victim had deposited almost Rs 9,32,000, he was unable to get his money out.work from home

Two persons were detained

The victim learned that he had been the victim of a significant swindle. The Delhi Police launched an investigation after he made a complaint.
