Hyundai Verna lacks these 5 features! its fun has worn off, think before buying

The sixth generation Hyundai Verna was just introduced by Hyundai Motor India. The price of the 2023 Hyundai Verna in India is starting at Rs 10.90 lakh (ex-showroom). Even though this saloon has a lot of features, there are still others that may have been included but weren’t. Let us notify you about the top five characteristics that are missing from it.

Hyundai Verna

1. Powertrain: Diesel or Hybrid

The only vehicle in its class with a diesel engine was Verna’s previous model. Hyundai, however, has abandoned the diesel engine as well as the hybrid system in the new model. Importantly, the Mercedes-Benz A 200 d, which costs Rs 44 lakh, ex-showroom, has replaced the Verna as the cheapest sedan in India after the diesel engine was removed from the Verna.

2. The 10.25-inch screen’s wireless connectivity

The Hyundai Verna’s entry-level models come with an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless connectivity. Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto are presently not supported in the higher models with the 10.25-inch display, though. The wireless connectivity option will soon be available to users of higher trim levels thanks to an OTA update, according to Hyundai.

3. Rain-sensing wipers and fog lights

Split headlamps are a feature of the new Hyundai Verna. Daytime running LEDs have been added, spanning from one side of the bonnet to the other. The bumper is where the headlights are mounted. Unfortunately, foglamps are not included. Furthermore lacking are automatic rain-sensing wipers in the new Verna.

4. A motorized, eight-way driver’s seat

While the new Verna has a motorized driver’s seat, it does not have an 8-way adjustable seat. Only four positions can be electronically adjusted. This does not have powered height adjustment; instead, manual adjustment is required.

5. A 360-degree camera

Level-2 ADAS, and other high-tech features, but no 360-degree parking camera. Although there may not be much need for it now that ADAS is available, it would have been preferable if it had been included.
