Price reduction of Rs 1 per litre

- Per litre in Delhi, gasoline costs Rs 96.72 and diesel Rs 89.62
- Chennai Petrol Rs 102.73 and Diesel Rs 94.34 per litre compared to Mumbai Petrol Rs 106.31 and Diesel Rs 94.27
- Per litre in Kolkata, petrol costs Rs. 106.03 and diesel Rs. 92.76
- Petrol in Noida costs Rs. 96.79 and diesel costs Rs. 89.96 a litre.
- Per litre in Lucknow, gasoline costs Rs 96.57 and diesel Rs 89.76
- Petrol in Patna costs Rs. 107.24 and diesel in Gurugram costs Rs. 97.18 for a litre.
Reduced cost of crude oil
Since the past few days, there has been a steady fall in the price of crude oil. For the past few days, the price of petroleum has stayed between 70 and 75 dollars per barrel. WTI crude’s price dropped to $ 69.18 per barrel on Wednesday morning, while Brent crude was trading at $ 74.07 per barrel.
