Tata Motors is developing a new mid-size SUV that will go up against the Hyundai Creta and several other SUVs in the market. Tata Curve will be its name. The SUV Curve will be powered by both ICE and electric motors. It appears from the concept sketch that CNG will also be an option for the Curve. This may help to draw in more customers.
Details of the Tata Curvev CNG
The availability of ICE and electric engines with the forthcoming Curvv SUV has already been confirmed by Tata. Although a sketch of the inside displays a “CNG” indicator on the climate control panel, there has been no official confirmation of a CNG option. Media accounts claim that Tata provided the sketch, hence it is more likely that a factory-fitted CNG.
Even if the corporation debuted the Curve very slowly,
there will be no scarcity of anything when the SUV is introduced the following year. The CNG option will be a key marketing tactic because it is no longer just a choice for entry-level vehicles; instead, it is now available for mid-size SUVs as well. The Maruti Grand Vitara and the Toyota Hyrider, both of which have a CNG option, are two examples of this.
It is anticipated that the Curvv CNG will have two tanks.
The Altroz CNG served as its first vehicle. Compared to the single-tank setup (which takes up more boot space), the twin-tank setup provides additional storage space. Plastic panels are used to cover the twin tanks, which are situated at the bottom of the boot. You can comfortably store items in the upper half, which is still free for storage.
