A new Shop tab has been added by Google for Android smart TV devices. The tech giant clarified in a support post on Wednesday that consumers can purchase or rent films through the Shop menu and do so directly from their Android TVs. According to them, Shop Tab “makes it super easy for you whether you’re looking for a hot new movie that isn’t yet available on other streaming services, or you just want to buy a movie without a subscription.

The new Shop option for Android TV devices is already live in the US, and it will soon be available everywhere. According to the business, “You can access the new library as well as buy or rent new films through the Shop tab.”

including those bought via YouTube. Other Google smart TV and Android TV devices. And the Google TV mobile app, will be preserved in your library.
You may use the Google smart TV
mobile app on your phone. Or a tablet to download your purchased material so that you can watch it later without Internet access by visiting the Shop tab.
