One of the most well-liked mid-size SUVs in the luxury market is the BMW X5. Its facelifted version, which debuted earlier this year, has now also been released in India. With its introduction, the X5 facelift offers both petrol and diesel engine choices. There are just two trims and four variations available, with prices ranging from Rs. 93.90 lakhs to Rs. 1.07 crores.

The 2023 BMW X5 facelift has only undergone minor external modifications.
The previous BMW kidney grille is retained. The grille is surrounded by an updated Adaptive Matrix LED headlamp cluster with new LED DRLs and blue accents. The front bumper of the vehicle has also undergone changes. It has a huge air dam, L-shaped inlays, and an aggressive posture.
The bumper and taillights at the back have also been updated.
The largest change, though, consists of new 21-inch alloy wheels. In addition, the new X5 now comes standard with roof rails. Speaking of the interior, the new X5 facelift features a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The curved display is described as being one piece. A new drive selector with a glass toggle switch is added to the center console.
A 3.0 liter, inline six-cylinder, turbocharged gasoline engine and a 3.0 liter, inline six-cylinder, diesel engine are both available for the BMW X5. An 8-speed Steptronic automatic gearbox is standard on both. These have a moderate hybrid 48V power system. The diesel X5 can go from 0 to 100 kmph in under 5.4 seconds, whereas the petrol X5 can do the same in 6.1 seconds.
