You must abide by traffic laws. Governments enforce this very strictly. The licenses of drivers who receive challan more than three times will henceforth be suspended, according to information released by Noida Police. Anil Kumar Yadav, the deputy commissioner of traffic for the Noida Police, has made a statement in this respect. He stated that if a person receives more than three consecutive challans, their license will be canceled in compliance with the directives from the “Supreme Court Committee on Road Safety” and the decision made at the Uttar Pradesh Road Safety Council meeting.
The registration of the vehicle will also be
suspended or canceled, he warned, if drivers repeatedly commit infractions such as “red light jumping,” “over speeding,” “overloading,” transporting passengers in cargo vehicles, using a mobile phone while driving, or operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Notably, Uttar Pradesh Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra has instructed that a driver’s license will be suspended if a challan is issued three times. The car’s registration may also be terminated if the rule-breaking does not stop even after this.
The government to take action after 3 challans issued
to ensure that traffic laws are rigorously adhered to. In actuality, breaking traffic laws compromises road safety because it raises the possibility of an accident and puts people’s lives in peril. As a result, rigorous adherence to the traffic laws is required to ensure the proper operation of the traffic system.
