Recruitment in Indian Navy! apply for Short Service Commission 2024 from 24th Feb

There’s good news for young people who want to join the Indian Navy as officers and serve their country. The announcement regarding recruiting Short Service Commission Officers for the Indian Navy in 2024 has been made public (Indian Navy SSC Officer Recruitment 2024). Interested parties must go to joinindiannavy.gov.in, the Navy’s official website.

Through the Short Service Commission Officers Recruitment 2024, the Navy will fill 254 officer positions. Find out when you can apply and when you can’t. The released brief notice states that the application process for the January 2025 (ST 25) course will open on February 24. The application deadline is March 10, 2024.

will be the sites for the recruitment of SSC officers. Branch- General Branch, Pilot, Naval Air Operation Officer, Air Traffic Controller, Logistics, Naval Armament Inspectorate (NAIC)

Technical Branch- Engineering Branch (General Service), Electrical Branch (General Service), Naval Constructor

Recruitment

Essential Requirement:

An engineering degree with at least 60% of the possible points from any discipline is required for candidates applying to the General Service, Pilot, Naval Operations Officer, and Air Traffic Controller branches and cadres. In addition to a BE or B. Tech, a minimum of 60% in an MBA is required for positions in logistics. Possession of an M.Tech or MSc degree is required for the education branch. It is also a requirement for Naval Short Service Commission Officers Recruitment 2024 that candidates be single. Age Requirement: Applicants for the Navy SSC Officer Recruitment must have been born between July 1, 2005, and January 2, 2000.

Recruitment

The process of selection will work as follows:

Shortlisted candidates will be chosen based on their qualifying degree marks. Those that made the shortlist will then be contacted for an SSB interview. The candidate’s performance in the SSB interview will determine the creation of the merit list. They will need to go through Sub Lieutenant training after being chosen in the end. Following this, you will be placed on probation for two years in other branches and three years in the NAIC. He will then be permanently posted following this. This much money will be paid to candidates as Sub Lieutenants will receive a base salary of Rs 56,100 per month. There are numerous other allowances available in addition to this.
