The registration period for the CBSE 10th & 12th exams has begun, according to the Central Board of Secondary Education. Schools must submit the student list to the board and finish the registration process within the allotted period. Additionally, to avoid late penalties, students must apply within the allotted period. Registrations opened yesterday, September 5, and the deadline to complete the form is October 4, 2024.
There won’t be a late fee.
Candidates will not be charged a late fee if they complete their registration form for the CBSE 10th &12th exams 2025 within the allotted period. October 4 is the deadline. This facility will then be open for use for a few more days, although in such a case the candidates will have to pay the late fee. The fee for general candidates is Rs 1500 for five subjects. After this, Rs 300 per student will have to be paid per subject for every additional subject.
Students in grades 10 and 12 of the CBSE must go to the Pariksha Sangam portal to fill out the registration form and get ready for the test. The following is the portal address: parikshasangam.cbse.gov.in. In addition to completing the form, you can learn about upcoming improvements here. Following this, the school’s role will begin. The schools will need to process the candidates’ registrations when they sign up on the Pariksha Sangam portal and transmit the LOC, or List of Candidates, to the board. Additionally, candidates must pay the fees within the allotted time frame.
What is the cost of the late fee?
Be aware that students with visual impairments, or those who are blind or visually handicapped, are exempt from paying the charge. Should the candidates be unable to apply by the due date i.e. 4 October, then they can send the form before 15 October. However, if the candidates fill out the form after the last date, then they will have to pay Rs 2000 as a late fee. That is, after 4 October, the form can be filled till 15 October but a late fee will have to be paid.
Remember these points.
Schools should also make sure that applicants fill out the form accurately because the information provided here will come in handy later. No changes may be made to the registration form once it has been completed. It would therefore be wiser to double-check every detail while completing the form. Additionally, schools and students should make sure that no errors are committed. The tests are scheduled to begin on February 15; the exact date has not yet been disclosed.
