Recruitment in DRDO for various openings, this is the required criteria

The Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has a vacancy. For this, the recruitment process is ongoing. The announcement states that DRDO is accepting applications for positions as apprentices. Apply right away if you are willing to work here. For this, candidates have to visit the official website of DRDO, drdo.gov.in.

candidates must go to drdo.gov.in, the DRDO’s official website. The deadline for applications to fill this position is September 24, 2024. Applications for DRDO apprentice positions must be submitted within 21 days after the advertisement’s publication. 200 positions will be filled by qualified applicants through the DRDO’s apprentice recruitment program.

• 40 positions for Graduate Apprentices
• 40 positions for Technician Apprentices (Diploma)
• 120 positions for Trade Apprentices (ITI Pass)

Application requires eligibility

• Candidates with a BE/BTech degree in any field—Electrical and electronics, computer science, mechanical and chemical, etc.—should apply for Graduate Apprentice positions.
• A diploma in Electrical and Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electronics and Communication is required for Technician Apprentice positions.
• A youth who is interested in becoming a trade apprentice must have completed an ITI in one of the following trades: fitter, welder, Turner, mechanic, diesel mechanic, electronics mechanic, electrician, or COPA.
• In addition, candidates must register on the NATS 2.0 portal at nats.education.gov.in to be considered for graduate and technician apprentice positions. On the other hand, apprenticeshipindia.org registration is necessary for ITI trade apprentices.

Maximum Age

Candidates must be at least eighteen years old as of August 1, 2024.

• A hard copy of the application, the pass certificate, and the tenth-grade report
• Final grade report for the ITI, BE, BTech, diploma, and certificate
• Caste Index Card
• PWD Certification
• Proof of ID with photo
• Bank Passbook, Aadhar Card, and Medical Fitness Certificate

Verification of documents will be required for the interview process, which will determine the candidates based on merit. Email notifications will be sent to the shortlisted candidates. During DV/Joining, candidates must bring both self-attested copies and original documentation.
