The Selfcare app can be used in this manner.
1. Start by opening your phone’s BSNL Selfcare app.
2. You now need to click on the three-line symbol located in the screen’s upper left corner.
3. Next, you need to choose the Complaint and Preference option by swiping down.
4. Next, select Report from the three-line option on the right.
5. At this point, you must select “New Complaint.”
6. You will then need to select between making a voice call or sending an SMS. You will then be required to provide all relevant details.
7. Lastly, you must click the submit button after filling out the information.
